- Stir and Enjoy when diluted to a level of your liking
Absinthe sour
- 2 oz Absinthe
- 2-2.5oz Fresh Pressed Lemon Juice
- 1oz Water
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup
Whisky Sazerac
- 1.5oz whisky or Bourbon
- 0.5oz Absinthe
- ½ oz Simple syrup or Maple Syrup
- Splash of Orange or Lemon Juice
- Wild Lot Orange Bitters
- Pour in a lowball glass with ice and garnish with an orange slice
Absinthe Mojito
- 2 oz Absinthe
- 2-2.5oz Fresh Pressed Lime Juice

- 10 mint leaves
