Refund policy

We accept returns on unopened products for a full refund.

How to start a return: Email us at wildlot.info@gmail.com for return authorization. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Where to send it: Please send authorized returns to 1990 Fry Road, Picton, ON K0K 2T0, Canada. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Your refund: Once we receive and confirm the returned product is unopened, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders: Email us at wildlot.info@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll repackage and resend your order. See our Shipping Policy for details.
