All of our spirits are made in small batches at our farm distillery.
Our Pink Gin is berry forward and aromatic with a touch of sweetness from 3 cold climate berries, a nice minty tea note from strawberry and raspberry leaves, and a gentle, balanced finish from the classic gin botanical base.
Made with: 100% Ontario Corn Base and 12 botanicals including Fresh Strawberries, Fresh Raspberries, Mulberries, Strawberry Leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Hibiscus, Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cardamom, Orris Root, Cassia, and Beet Root
Tasting Notes: Field-berries, mint tea, tart flowers.
Best Enjoyed: On it's own in a Pink Gin Martini, Pink Gin & Sonic (Soda + Tonic) garnished with frozen strawberries, Mixed Into Lemonade, or Used in a Dirty Shirley.
